Can you believe that it was almost 50 degrees the day after Christmas?? I feel like that should be some kind of record.
Cedes & Taylor were really wanting snow but as you all know, Mother Nature had other plans. So we decided if we couldn’t have snow then we needed to pick the warmest day we could find. We also couldn’t wait for snow either as Taylor is about to leave for Arizona for a clinical rotation.
We decided to start downtown South Bend for our fancy look! Cedes & Taylor immediately told me that they weren’t photogenic but as you can tell from the photographs, they were clearly being modest. 🙂 I’m really in love with the bridge pictures especially! So dynamic and unique!
I LOVE Cedes red skirt! I love when couples do a punch of color to really make their outfit POP! Red is a hard color to pull off but Cedes did in style! 🙂
We played around downtown for a little over an hour and then headed to Notre Dame. You can always count on the campus to have plenty of photo-op locations, even on the coldest of days. We were surprised how busy campus was, especially since Christmas was the day before. Everyone had a camera in their hand and was hustling all over campus.
When we were trying to take some cute pics on the stairs, a large piece of construction equipment decided to block our path and precede to drive right through. That’s definitely a first for me. lol
Our light was fading so off we went to our last location, Beutter Park. Traffic, red lights and strange google directions were not in our favor today so we ended up just getting to the park at sunset. We did a few quick pictures before we ended on the bridge with a gorgeous night shot! You know they’re my fav! 😀
Cedes & Taylor – I hope you had as fun a time as I did and that you absolutely love your photos! Good luck in Arizona Taylor! Be safe and try not to get too tan. lol. Can’t wait for your formal white wedding at the Lerner in September! <3 S
