Photo Booths – Let’s bring the fun to your reception or party!

The idea of the Photo Booth has been around for decades and has evolved as our technology as evolved. What was once a small square box that you’d see in arcades or malls, has turned into a wedding reception and holiday party must-have.

There are countless different types of booths these days, from your classic square booth with auto picture printing, to 5 foot mirrors that take your picture and send it to Instagram for you, and everything in between.

Our Photo Booth is called the Photo Shoot Booth because it is literally a giant photo shoot. It consist of a 10’x10’ white backdrop, professional lighting, tons of funny props, instant image view and an actual professional taking the photos. It truly is a photo shoot in every sense of the word.

When you walk up to the photo booth, you’ll see a huge table of props ranging from silly hats, to masks, clown noses, large glasses, and so much more. You and your guests will choose your favorite props and then stand in front of the white backdrop. The photographer will direct you to change your pose for each of the 3 pictures he/she will take. We only take 3 photos at a time to make sure everyone has a chance to partake in the fun. You can always get back in line and do it all again and again.

Once your 3 photos are taken, the images go directly to an iPad that sits on the prop table. You can scroll through the images and even zoom in on all the laughs. To get the images, you’ll simply pick up the card next to the iPad that has a link with your gallery info on it. The very next day, the entire gallery will be edited and uploaded for you and all your guests to download to their phone or computer. From there you and your guests can print the images, post them online, add them to Instagram and apply as many filters you desire without any Copyright issues. Best of all, your guests won’t be texting you on your honeymoon, wondering where the photo booth pictures are.

Some people ask if we print onsite; we do not. The reason for this is two fold: It would cost our clients (you) a lot more to book the photo booth. The auto printers that print out the photo strips are very expensive and very heavy which don’t make them practical for an event. Secondly, 99% of people take that super small photo strip and try to take a picture of it and put it online. Have you ever taken a picture of a picture… doesn’t work. Since your guests are just going to put the images online, why not make it easier for them.

Another great benefit of our particular photo booth is the option to not use the props at all and just take a nice picture with you and your guests. Perhaps there’s an old friend or long distance relative that you haven’t seen in years… this is the perfect chance to take a nice professional photo with them. I’ve had many families at weddings or reunions use the photo booth as their family photo because it’s been years since they had one done.

Is our photo booth only for wedding receptions… nope! Our photo booth is perfect for family reunions, holiday parties, bar mitzvahs, graduation parties, and so many other events. It works so well at wedding receptions because it opens after all the traditions of the reception (first dance, speeches, etc…) are over so it keeps your guests at your reception longer. I always say… you’ve paid the DJ and the bar to be open till midnight so why not ensure that your guests stay that long too. Plus it’s size can fit most bridal parties in 1 picture. No other photo booth can say the same.

Want to add this fun time to your party or reception? Shoot over to our contact page and book your date now. We have several popular dates already spoken for so don’t wait to book the fun!
