Fairytale Fall Wedding – Mallory & Tyler – South Bend Wedding Photographer

The most highly anticipated day of the year… 10/10/2020! Mallory and Tyler were real celebrities on their wedding day as they chose the most popular date of the year. This date couldn’t have gone to a more down to earth, loving couple. With all the gorgeous fall colors and warm temperatures, it was truly a fairytale fall wedding!

Once I arrived at Riverside Receptions, I immediately got started on the details. Mallory supplied me with some ribbon which went perfectly with the invitation.

Tyler’s details, along with Mallory’s, were shot in the gazebo that you see from the first photo. I love when I can photograph the details in a way that keeps with the theme/feel of the day.

A short walk away was Tyler and his groomsmen getting ready for the first look. As you can see everyone chipped in to make sure Tyler looked is best!

A quick toast to the groom and of course awkward laughter.

Sorry ladies, this one’s taken!

Mallory’s details were positioned just like Tyler’s for a consistency in the album. I love the custom ring box they had made. It kept the rings safe and made the prefect ring shot location!

In bridal suite, the ladies were having a little too much fun!

Mallory’s mom zipped up the back of the dress and shared a sweet moment with her daughter.

All the ladies jumped in to help Mallory with her finishing touches.

Mallory is a goddess in her custom dress and veil.

Tyler walked over from the guy’s cabin to be surprised by Mallory coming out of the bridal suite. He was speechless.

After Mallory and Tyler shared their first look moment together, we started on wedding party photos. The ladies were all smiles.

The guy’s, however, couldn’t stop laughing.

Loved the flowers!

Love the gorgeous fall colors!

It’s always a funny moment when I ask a wedding party whose going to get a little tipsy at the reception. You’ll notice that Tyler pointed to Mallory. 🤣

Perfection in every way!

Now that’s a jump shot!

The wedding party went back to the bridal suite while we did creatives. I seriously couldn’t pick where to start because the grounds had so many amazing spots.

Love this beautiful moment!

We had to walk back over the waterfall for Mallory and Tyler’s photos. The moment was too perfect!

Down by the water, I hid behind some branches to bring in even more of the beautiful fall colors.

Walking together now and forever.

Ceremony time.

Mallory walked with both her parents. I love the shot from the back of the aisle.

After hugging her parents, Tyler met Mallory and then walked her up to the front.

Ashley read a beautiful passage during the ceremony.

Mallory and Tyler exchanged vows and rings. 💍

Everyone cheered and waved their pompoms as Mallory and Tyler kissed as husband and wife.

Mr and Mrs. Hisler!

Large photo with all the guests. It was also taken from above with a drone. It took a little extra planning but was so worth it!

The Vetoich’s and the Hisler’s.

After family formals, Mallory and Tyler went back to the bridal suite to sign their marriage license. Tyler made sure I got a photo of him cooling off by the A.C. unit.

The drone photographer brought Mallory and Tyler out for some beautiful photos by the gazebo. I, of course, tagged along. 😉

Once he was done with the drone shots, I snagged a few. I couldn’t help it… look how amazing they look!

Reception time!

Mallory and Tyler did a fantastic job on their details. All the candles and flowers gave the whole space a very romantic feel.

They entered the reception and went right into their first dance.

A favorite, no doubt!

After dinner, Donovan (best man), Lauren (matron of honor) and Adam (Tyler’s brother), gave very heartfelt and funny speeches.

Time to cut that cake!

A favorite of mine at receptions… the shoe game!

Mallory danced with her dad. He was beaming from ear to ear.

Tyler danced with his mom.

Let’s get the party started!

With all the gorgeous fall colors and open area to explore, we thought it would be fun to do a few golden hour photos and a few night shots. Mallory and Tyler danced as the sun fell behind the trees.

Then we walked over to the field, added light and got the magnificent clouds as the sun truly set on this amazing day!

To Mallory & Tyler – Thank you for taking me along on this wonderful journey with you! I’ve had a blast getting to know you both and helping you turn your dream wedding into a reality! I’m so excited for the next chapter in your lives together! And Mallory… damn girl you look good! (But you always did). All my love – S
