Fall wedding at Tippecanoe – Becca & Charles – South Bend Wedding Photographer

Saturday, Becca and Charles said “I do!” in the historical Tippecanoe Place. Even though this wasn’t their original wedding plan, that didn’t stop them from having a beautiful ceremony, surrounded by close family and friends. Becca and Charles will have their full day celebration next November 2021 at the Carnegie Library.

I arrived just as the ladies were getting back from the salon. Becca was beaming from ear to ear and her hair and makeup were absolutely perfect! I started on their details first. I love the dark purple color and Gatsby like feel of their invitation.

I met up with the guys in the den where Jonas and Dan were helping Charles with his finishing touches.

Handsome alert! 🚨

Back upstairs, Becca’s mom was getting Becca into her dress. Becca’s bridesmaids also helped with her finishing touches.

I can’t get over how gorgeous Becca looked! 😍

Time for the first look! Becca and Charles’ first date consisted of them having a Nerf gun fight so Becca thought it was only fitting to surprise Charles in the same way. Unfortunately the wind blew away the Nerf darts but it was still funny and Charles loved it!

Ceremony time! Due to the crazy winds, Becca and Charles decided to have their ceremony inside, on the beautiful grand staircase.  I love that Charles walked down to take Becca’s hand from her dad. Such a powerful moment.

They exchanged vows and rings. 💍

First kiss as husband and wife!

Mr and Mrs Charles and Rebecca Min! ❤️

All the guests joined us for a large picture downstairs before we started creatives.

We had only 10 minutes for creatives but that was okay because these two are pros! Their engagement session consisted of every type of weather possible (snow, wind, sun, rain and cold), so they’ve had plenty of practice. 😉

Final details. 💜

Becca’s dad and brother-in-law got in on the picture fun too! 🤣

Back inside, they signed the marriage license and I photographed the reception details.

The party favor was a small McCormick cinnamon spice. A funny hat tip to Becca working for McCormick foods. 🍪

The Newlyweds!

Becca and Charles walked down the grand staircase and then cut their cake. 🍰

Everyone moved into the dinning area and Becca and Charles thanked everyone for sharing their special day with them. The evening continued with dinner and merriment with their guests.

Becca and Charles – I know your wedding day wasn’t quite what you planned but I’m so thankful that you were still able to get married, surrounded by your closest friends and family! I enjoyed every minute and seriously can’t wait to do it again next year! It’s clear to anyone that meets you, that you are madly in love and your giggles are contagious! If you every need anything, I’m always here for you! All my love – S
