I’ve known Shasta for over 18 years now, (God, we’re old)! We were in band together and both played the trumpet. We also hung out in the same great group of friends… so when Shasta messaged me last week, I was more than excited to see my old friend!

Shasta & Gavin were going to the masquerade ball at Union Station in downtown Indy for new year’s eve and wanted some photos taken of their awesome 1920’s outfits. The weather started super warm but by the time we made it outside, the wind had picked up and nearly knocked us over.

We got some amazing shots on the staircase, inside the Omni Severin Hotel! I LOVED the red dress Shasta chose!! We did several inside and then 1 shot under the lights of the hotel entrance and 1 in between the two buildings. That’s all the severe wind would allow for but that’s okay because they are show-stoppers! Perfect way to end 2018!
