Roman is the happiest baby! He’s so smart and incredibly cute!!! We had so much fun creating this tiny person shoot!

Cathi (Roman’s grandma) reached out to me about photographing Roman’s 1st birthday. I used to work with Cathi and immediately said Yes! The theme was whales and of course the color blue. I found this adorable plush whale that I knew would be fun for the shoot and then gave it to Roman as a gift afterwards.

Roman did so good! He’s little outfits were so cute! He LOVED the cake! Holy cow, this kind can eat! At one point he dove so hard into the cake that it actually fell off the stand onto the floor. He had this look on his face like, “Oh No, not the cake!” His dad moved the cake stand out of the way and Roman went face deep into the crumbled mess. Such a perfect day!

Thank you Cathi for trusting me with this amazing milestone and thank you Nathan and Amber for welcoming me into the family! And of course, Happy 1st birthday Roman. <3 S
